We are pleased to have secured a new healthcare project at Townhill Surgery, Southampton.
This project involves extending and refurbishing the existing surgery to provide additional work space and new administration areas. The building fabric is largely to remain unchanged with most works being completed as part of the three extensions adjoining to the main building.
We will also be carrying out various internal improvements to the decoration, flooring and finishes within the existing building, together with the construction of a brand new mezzanine floor above the reception area.
We will be working hard throughout these works to ensure the staff and patients are at the forefront of our delivery strategy. We will be carefully phasing our works, in line with the construction programme and the daily routines of the surgery, to ensure business continuity of the practice.
Our project team are looking forward to starting on site shortly.
