July 2017 saw our construction team hand over SGN’s brand new depot in Epsom, valuing £3 million! We are pleased to say it was a great success and we are looking forward to working with SGN and Glanvilles on future projects!
We were appointed back in July 2016, to help SGN deliver their vision for a brand new depot. Our works on this project involved completely stripping back the existing depot to the steel frame. We then rebuilt the new depot to house both a warehouse and new, fresh and contemporary offices. We are proud to say that the depot is now fully operational, and the staff are enjoying their new working environment.
A huge congratulations to our project team, as well as the great work of our subcontractors and suppliers. It was a true team effort from start to finish.
